The Addison Arts Apartments Building features 6 floors of unparalleled luxury living. Its unique and sparkling exterior radiates in the heart of the downtown Berkeley Arts District, which is rich in culture, art and history. Our studio, one, two, three bedroom apartments and penthouse suites feature extra-large bedrooms, which are well-suited for doubles. Many apartments have beautiful balconies. Socialize on our stunning rooftop deck with panoramic city views, for relaxing, dining, conversation, and intimate gatherings.
Addison Arts Apartments welcomes Berkeley’s first locally owned co-working space, which will be located on the first level of the building. The Office boasts 6,000 square feet of flexible work spaces—ranging from cafe seating complete with ambient noise and artisan coffee to fully enclosed glass offices for teams of any size. For a small monthly fee, members can enjoy access to beautifully designed office space, break room and other common areas, lightning fast Wi-Fi, free coffee and snacks, printing and mail sorting, a real business address, reception service, and a network of like-minded entrepreneurs. Absolutely! Cats and Dogs are welcome at Addison Arts. However, you will need to get your pet approved and added to your lease. Please inquire about the fees associated with housing your pet.
Our open houses are on Tuesdays 5:30-6:30, Saturdays 1:30-2:30 and Sundays 1:30-2:30.
There are several optional available, but the easiest may be the online fillable form here.
PG&E (gas and electric) is the only utility company you need to call to transfer service over to your name. You are NOT responsible for water or refuse. The building is wired for internet, phone and television, so you may chose to call Comcast, AT&T or LMI as well, though those are all optional.
